She has dedicated her life to serving her community in the youth development and affordable housing fields.
She has seen in her lived and work experiences how being connected to resources can change families' lives.

Courtney is a biracial Latinx social worker that has dedicated the last 15 years to working with and for the students of Boston and their families.
Courtney is trained in trauma-informed therapy and specializes in working with adolescents. She likes to cater her work to the individual young person so that their interests and strengths are always included. If you like basketball, you might find yourself on the court. If you like music, then that might be the way you practice expressing yourself. Her ultimate goal is to make therapy feel more relatable and cool for young people.
Courtney holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College and is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
